Junk People Atlanta offers junk removal, waste disposal, and related services, including but not limited to:
Residential junk removal
Commercial debris removal
Furniture removal
Construction junk removal
Garbage disposal and removal
Appliance removal
Estate cleanouts
By scheduling services with Junk People Atlanta, you authorize us to perform junk removal or disposal at the specified location. The customer agrees to provide accurate information about the type and quantity of junk to be removed. We reserve the right to assess the nature and amount of the junk on-site to provide a final price.
Pricing: Our pricing is based on the volume of junk removed and the type of service required. We will provide you with a free estimate based on the information you provide. Final pricing will be determined on-site based on the actual volume and the type of materials being removed.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods. All payments must be made in full before junk removal is completed.
Additional Charges: If there is a change in the scope of work (e.g., additional junk to be removed), additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified of any price changes before additional work is performed.
Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If a customer fails to be present at the agreed-upon time for junk removal or if the junk to be removed is not accessible, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
Access to Property: The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the area where junk will be removed. This includes ensuring pathways are free from obstructions and that the junk is easily accessible for removal.
Items Not Accepted: Our team will not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to:
Chemicals, paints, and solvents
Asbestos
Medical waste
Any other items that are prohibited by local, state, or federal regulations

Junk People Atlanta will not be held liable for any damages to property that may occur during the removal process, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We take great care to avoid damage to your property, but we are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages to items that may occur during the removal process.
We are committed to responsible disposal practices. Junk People Atlanta aims to recycle or donate as much of the junk we remove as possible. However, not all materials may be eligible for recycling or donation. We comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations in the disposal of junk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junk People Atlanta, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to, any injury, damage, or legal fees arising from the removal or disposal of items.
Junk People Atlanta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
