Junk Removal is one of the fastest growing services in the industry. Junk904 include interior and exterior junk removal/cleanout, and cleaning, services. Our brand is designed to outperform traditional handyman and junk removal brands available on the market today.

We have made the Junk904 program very easy to join. A dealer receives an exclusive territory to market, sell, and provide services using the Junk904 system in a specified DMA. In return, dealer agrees to purchases product exclusively from Junk904 and its affiliated products. The dealer agrees to make a minimum annual purchase amount to maintain their territory exclusivity. Junk904 provides a turn key comprehensive one-on-one dealer training (both classroom and ongoing) on effective marketing, sales, and installation techniques. Junk904 dealers have outstanding reputations in their local markets with high ratings and reviews from Goggle.

What we look for in our ideal candidate?

We look for entrepreneurs who have prior management, marketing and sales experience and wish to run their own business. The ideal candidate has some previous home improvement or construction industry background. You must have a minimum of $200K in liquid capital and be ready to make a full-time commitment to owning and running a Cleanout Man dealership.

What type of space is permitted?

Our dealerships are operated in retail shopping spaces that help to create consumer confidence and brand credibility. We do not operate in warehouse districts or as home businesses. We assist our dealers with their local marketing efforts as well as provide certifying training for home advisors, installers, and residential inspectors.
