Jungho Shin

I am a postdoctoral fellow working with Dr. Matthew McDowell in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech. My research focuses on mechanics of materials in a number of areas including electrochemical batteries, thermochemical energy storage systems, etc (i.e., "chemo-mechanics"). 

Some of the main methods I've been studying are MOS (multibeam optical stress sensor) and nanoindentation with basic characterization, such as SEM, TEM, XRD, RAMAN, etc.
