Self-officiated - no referee required
Score a point by catching the disc in the opponent's endzone (like American Football)
No running with the disc (like netball) - pass and move to score!
Any incomplete pass is a turnover - your opponents get the disc if a pass goes out of bounds, is dropped or intercepted.
