ABOUT JUNCTION CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT

The Junction City Fire Department is located at 109 S Mulberry Street, The departments provides Fire and EMS services for the village of Junction City and Jackson Township which is a 36 square mile primary response area. JCFD also responds to mutual aid request from neighboring townships and villages. Junction City Fire personnel are certified by the State of Ohio with the certifications ranging from FireFighter II to Volunteer FireFighter, as well as EMT- Basic to EMT- Paramedic. 

When staffing levels are appropriate there is coverage for on station from 8 am to 8 pm to respond to EMS calls, from the hours of 8 pm to 8 am the responces are completed from volunteers responding from their homes. 

The apparatus housed at the fire station include Engine 231, Rescue 231, Tanker 231, Brush 231, UTV 231, Medic 231, Medic 232.
