My name is Jun-Yeob Kim, and I am a Ph.D. student studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My advisor is Dr. Daniel A. Newman. My research focuses on two primary themes: (a) entrepreneur and leader personality, with a focus on normality evaluations (i.e., weirdness) and narcissism, and (b) destructive leadership. In my free time, I enjoy watching football (i.e., soccer). My favorite teams are Suwon Samsung Bluewings and Real Madrid. Additionally, I am a big fan of listening to hip-hop music.
