Yes, we carry a liability insurance policy. Please note that all individuals and companies renting from us must sign a rental agreement before we can set up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.

Our pricing is based on a rental period of 4 to 6 hours. Please select a start time 1 to 2 hours before the beginning of your event so that we have enough time to set up before your guests arrive. Also, let us know when you would like us to pick up the items. Please note that we may pick up later than you requested unless you choose a specific time for pickup at checkout.
Yes, a blower continuously keeps air in the jump unit while it is in use. Once it is unplugged, the unit deflates. That's why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit, or you can rent a generator. Using longer cords can trip your circuit breaker, so we provide our heavy-duty cords.
We enjoy setting up at parks; however, most parks do not have electricity. If you wish to set up a generator at a park, you must rent one, which we offer at a reasonable cost. Additionally, some parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early in the day is advisable to secure your spot.
Please note that we charge a fee for park setup, as these events are time-sensitive and often require a dedicated driver. The person who placed the order must also be present at the time of setup, with a valid ID matching the order information and the credit card on file.
We accept all major credit cards and approved corporate checks. Cash is no longer accepted for orders, but cash tips are welcome if you feel our delivery team has provided excellent service.
A: You can reschedule your party rental for a different date. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable. Instead, we will provide you with a rain check that is valid for one year. If you have already paid in full, we can refund the amount you've paid over the deposit minus a 5% restocking fee to cover our incurred transaction fees. Alternatively, you can receive a rain check for the full amount instead of a partial refund, giving you a rain check for 100% of everything you have paid.
