Yes, we do! We strive to bring the fun to as many locations as possible. However, due to fluctuating fuel costs and the potential need for additional trucks and labor, delivery to areas outside our primary service zone may incur higher travel fees. No, your rental time does not include setup or takedown. We want you to enjoy every minute of your reserved rental period, so our team arrives beforehand to ensure everything is set up and ready to go before your scheduled start time. When your rental period ends, we’ll return to disassemble and remove the inflatable. 

Our setup time varies depending on the number of rentals we have scheduled that day. Typically, we arrive 1-3 hours before your rental time begins. However, during busy periods, such as weekends and holidays, we may need to set up even earlier—sometimes up to 4 hours in advance. If an early setup is necessary, we will contact you on the Friday before your event to confirm the details and ensure someone will be available at the location.

Our goal is to provide you with a fresh and hygienic bounce house so that your family and guests can enjoy a fun and worry-free experience. If you ever notice an issue, please let us know right away so we can make it right. 

Yes, the inflatable must remain plugged in at all times while in use. The unit is powered by a blower that continuously inflates it. If the blower is unplugged or loses power, the inflatable will start to deflate immediately. For this reason, we require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location. If no power source is available, you will need a generator. Please note that we provide heavy-duty extension cords to prevent circuit breaker issues—longer or standard household extension cords are not sufficient. 

We love setting up at parks, but most public parks do not have electrical outlets available for inflatables. If you’re planning to have your event at a park, you will need to rent a generator to keep the bounce house inflated. We offer generators for rent at an affordable rate, so be sure to ask about adding one to your reservation. Additionally, park spaces are often available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot. Before making a reservation, check with the park’s management to confirm any specific regulations regarding inflatables. 

We accept cash and credit cards for payment. If you choose to pay with cash, please have exact change ready, as our drivers do not carry cash or provide change. For credit card payments, we accept all major credit cards. Payment must be made before or at the time of delivery. 

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, please refer to our policies page for full details. In general, cancellations made at least 8 days before your rental date qualify for a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 2-7 days of your event, your deposit will not be refunded, but we will issue a rain check that can be used for a future rental within one year. Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental may result in a forfeiture of the deposit. 

Yes, all orders require a $50 deposit, which must be paid using a credit card. This deposit secures your reservation and ensures that the inflatable you choose will be available on your event date. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 8 days in advance. If you cancel between 2-7 days before your rental, your deposit will be converted into a rain check, which you can use for a future booking within one year.
