Privacy Policy for Andygrams Word Puzzles and Andygrams Daily Challenge

This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications Andygrams Word Puzzles and/or Andygrams Daily Challenge ("Applications") for mobile devices that were created by Wordly Games.

1. Data Collection & Use The core gameplay of the Applications is standalone. High scores and game progress are saved locally on your device. We (the developer) do not directly collect, store, or transmit your personal profile data to external servers for our own use.

Google Play Cloud Save: If you have enabled backup on your Android device, Google may automatically back up your save data to your personal Google Drive. This is managed entirely by the Android operating system and Google Play Services. We do not have access to this data.

Data Deletion: You have full control over your saved game data. Uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings will permanently delete all local game progress.

2. Third-Party Services & Advertising Data The Applications require internet access to retrieve word definitions and to serve advertisements. While we do not directly collect personal data, we use third-party advertising and analytics services that collect and share information to provide their services.

Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. To function properly, prevent fraud, and provide analytics, AdMob automatically collects certain information, including your device's IP address (approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, and app interaction data. Third parties may place and read cookies on your device or use web beacons to collect information as a result of ad serving.

Privacy and Consent Management: Depending on your geographic region, you may be prompted to manage your data and advertising preferences when you launch the Applications. You can review, modify, or revoke your privacy consent decisions at any time by navigating to the "Privacy Options" or "Manage Consent" section within the Application's Settings menu.

3. Children’s Privacy (UK & International) Our Applications are safe for all ages, but we do not knowingly target or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. This policy is designed to comply with the UK Children's Code (AADC) and US COPPA regulations regarding data minimization.
