This privacy policy governs your use of the software applications Andygrams Word Puzzles and/or Andygrams Daily Challenge ("Applications") for mobile devices that were created by Wordly Games.
1. Data Collection & Use The Applications do not obtain, store, or share any personal information, location data, or usage metrics from its users.
Game Data: The Applications are standalone games. High scores and game progress are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on external servers.
Google Play Cloud Save: If you have enabled backup on your Android device, Google may automatically back up your save data to your personal Google Drive. This is managed entirely by the Android operating system and Google Play Services. We (the developer) do not have access to this data.
Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. Uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings will permanently delete all saved game information.
2. Internet Access & Third Parties The Application requires Internet access solely to retrieve word definitions (for Andygrams Word Puzzles) or to present ads. (for Andygrams Daily Challenge)
Word Definitions: When you request a definition, Andygrams Word Puzzles may query an external dictionary service. This interaction is transient and no personal profile is built.
No Third-Party Sharing: Since we do not collect personal data, we do not share, sell, or trade user data with third parties.
3. Children’s Privacy (UK & International) Our Applications are safe for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
Age Limit: We do not target or collect data from users under the age of 18.
Compliance: This policy is designed to comply with the UK Children's Code (AADC) and US COPPA regulations regarding data minimization.
