This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Jumbly ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Wordly Games.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used? The Application does not obtain, store, or share any personal information, location data, or usage metrics from its users other than high scores. The Application is a standalone game that runs and saves score data locally on your device.  Clearing the Application's data deletes saved game information.

App Permissions The application requires Internet access to obtain word definitions only.

Third-party access Since we do not collect any data, we do not share data with third parties.

Children’s Privacy Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
