This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Andygrams Word Puzzles ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Wordly Games.
1. Data Collection & Use The Application does not obtain, store, or share any personal information, location data, or usage metrics from its users.
Game Data: The Application is a standalone game. High scores and game progress are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on external servers.
Google Play Cloud Save: If you have enabled backup on your Android device, Google may automatically back up your save data to your personal Google Drive. This is managed entirely by the Android operating system and Google Play Services. We (the developer) do not have access to this data.
Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. Uninstalling the Application or clearing the Application's data in your device settings will permanently delete all saved game information.
2. Internet Access & Third Parties The Application requires Internet access solely to retrieve word definitions.
Word Definitions: When you request a definition, the Application may query an external dictionary service. This interaction is transient and no personal profile is built.
No Third-Party Sharing: Since we do not collect personal data, we do not share, sell, or trade user data with third parties.
3. Children’s Privacy (UK & International) Our Application is safe for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
Age Limit: We do not target or collect data from users under the age of 18.
Compliance: This policy is designed to comply with the UK Children's Code (AADC) and US COPPA regulations regarding data minimization.
