• "What will come with my order?" All packages will come with the purchased slime and/or charms, 1 tsp. of extra borax, a business card, a slime care sheet, and a few candies/treats. Everything will be labeled with a Jumallie Slimes sticker! Any purchases over 4 oz. will with come extras, such as glitter and/or floam!
• "What are charm add-ons?" These are cute miniatures that you can play with in slime. They are all provided by Athena, who runs an Etsy charm shop. Sometimes, charm add-ons will come FREE with your order, such as during sales and holidays. Otherwise, add-ons are 50 cents each, and customized charms are $1. Each individual slime has specific charms to choose from, so please tell us in the "charm" section of the order form! If you're looking for just charms and NO slime, you can order from us too!!! • "How do you give me the slimes?" All of our slimes and charms are custom-made, so we take 2-4 days to prepare them. If you're part of Mavericks Swim Team, then either Julie or Mallika will hand it to you during a practice or a meet (takes 1-2 days). If you're from school, then one of us (Athena, Julie, or Mallika) will give it to you, based on what you ordered (also takes 1-2 days).
• "Do I get a special discount for being a friend?" Sorry, but we treat all customers as the same. Unless you are willing to trade slimes with us, all slimes are priced equally no matter who you are. Since Jumallie Slimes is a private company, we are assuming everybody who is buying from us we personally know. Our sales and specials only run during holidays or special occassions, so shop then!

• Returns are not accepted, so please make sure that you would like your slime(s) before purchasing them.

• During holidays, for some specific slimes, charms will come FREE. Otherwise, they are 50 cents each. If you would like a customized charm, they are $1.00 each.
• Please pay with cash. Credit card and checks are not accepted.
• We offer charm add-ons, even if you don't want slime. Just list in the charm option of the order form which type you would like to order, or click here!
