At JullerCharisma, we understand that your voice, scripts, and personal growth data are deeply personal. We have engineered this application with a strict "Local-First" architecture to ensure that your training remains entirely confidential and under your exclusive control.
1. Sovereign Local StorageAll data generated within JullerCharisma—including your audio recordings from The Arena, written scripts in the Workshop, custom phrase libraries, and your charisma progress profile—is stored encrypted and exclusively on your physical device. We do not operate cloud-based servers, databases, or remote backup systems to host or view your personal practice. Your data stays on your hardware and never enters our reach.
2. No Personal Data CollectionWe do not require account creation, email registration, or any form of sign-in. Consequently, we do not collect, store, or have access to your name, email address, phone number, or location history. You remain completely anonymous while you train.
3. AI Analysis & InteractionJullerCharisma uses AI to provide feedback on your speed, style, and filler words, to power the AI Mentor, and for features such as style analysis, icebreaker suggestions, and script suggestions.What we send: When you use AI-powered features, we send only what is needed to generate a response: your message or spoken text, any photos you attach (e.g. for style or icebreaker features), and when relevant the context of the task (e.g. scenario, difficulty). No data is sent to any AI service until you explicitly trigger an AI action (e.g. tap "Generate", "Analyze", or send a message in an AI chat). Nothing is sent in the background or before you accept the in-app AI data disclosure.Who receives it: This data is sent only to Google LLC (Gemini API) to process your request and return an AI-generated response. We do not use it to train our own models. We rely on our processing partner’s commitments regarding data handling and security. Privacy guarantee: This data is processed in real time and is not saved, logged, or used by us to train AI models or create user profiles. Transmitted inputs are not retained by us after the response is delivered to your device.Recommendation: We recommend that you do not enter sensitive personal data (e.g. full name, address, financial or health details) into AI chat or other AI-powered features. Use AI for general coaching and self-improvement content only.
4. No Third-Party Tracking or AdsThe app is a premium, focused environment. We do not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics trackers, or commercial surveillance tools. We do not monitor your usage habits across other apps or sell your information to data brokers.
5. Device PermissionsThe app requests access to your Microphone (for practice in The Arena) and Notifications (for training reminders).
These permissions are used only for the intended app functionality and are never used for data harvesting or remote surveillance.
