My name is Julios Bacalla. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education at the University of Southeastern Philippines.
I have been working in the digital marketing industry as a content writer and virtual assistant for years now. As a social media manager, here’s my process.
I create engaging, relevant, and shareable content that resonates with your target audience. I will create a content calendar as a tracker.
I will create content themes. These are the types of content to be posted each day. For example, quotes will be published every Monday, business tips on Tuesdays, etc. Then, the client will review the content themes. Once approved, I will create a content calendar. I will create pieces of content for every theme that is good for one month of posting. That also includes hashtags and captions.
I will create sample graphics and you, as my client, will check the materials and approve them. So once approved, I will create visual materials for all content I created. I will also create graphic templates for easy editing and posting. Once done, I will post/schedule them on your social media channels.
We can use a third-party scheduler if you feel more comfortable using it. However, I don’t really recommend using it to save more money. We can take advantage of the free scheduling feature of each channel. Today, people can conveniently schedule content on a Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn page, YouTube, and TikTok, but you can’t find an option to schedule content on your Facebook profile. However, we can do it manually by copying and pasting the content stored in the content tracker, which is the spreadsheet that I will be creating for you.
