Purpose: This Articulate Storyline module was created for a midsize restaurant group that has been a staple of a metro region for over 15 years. The restaurant believes in providing consistent service and a positive dining experience to its dedicated guests. Servers, both seasoned and novice, will be able to incorporate upselling strategies resulting in higher per person average (PPA) on checks equating to profit increase for the restaurant and potentially higher tips for the servers.
