Booking Information

When booking a session, you agree to these terms of service upon paying your $50, non-refundable, non-transferable booking retainer fee.

This Agreement is between Julianna Marie Imaging (“Photographer”) and You (“Client”)

“Image(s)” means the photographic material, whether still or moving, created by Photographer following to this Agreement and includes any and all types of media.

Client understands and agrees that it is not buying the Image(s) but is paying only for a license to use the Image(s) as specified on this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, any rights granted are always non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable and non-transferable. Any Image(s) may not be used in a logo, corporate identity, trademark or other service mark, unless otherwise agreed.

The photographer retains the copyright to all photos taken, and the client cannot reproduce, publish, or sell them without permission. Unless otherwise agreed, Photographer retains the right to use the Image(s) for her self-promotion. Soft-Proof images may not be shared, altered, sold, or reproduced by the client.

The photographer is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event or photo session. Client is liable for any and all damage to Photographer’s equipment during session, replacements must take place in an agreed upon time frame.

The client must cancel in writing within seven days of the photo session, a $50 non-refundable, non-transferable fee is incurred when rescheduling and must be paid to hold the spot. Any and all fees for a reshoot will be covered by the Client.

Client will not make or permit any alterations, including, but not limited to, filters, additions, subtractions, or adaptations, with respect of the Image(s), alone or with any other material, without the prior express permission of Photographer.

No rights are granted until photographer has received payment in full, including applicable late-fees. The photographer may reserve the right to rescind usage rights if the client fails to fully pay on time, the day of the session.

Any trade work agreed to by the photographer and another vendor is still subject to these terms and conditions.
