CSS Azure Advanced Courseware ....
As an Instructional Designer I collaborated closely with the Waypoint development team (SMEs, project managers, program managers, copy editors, technical reviewers, inclusive specialists, test team) and Microsoft stakeholders to develop course modules for three Windows Server 2019 courses. I provided instructional design oversight and developmental editing for the effective use of language and content clarity, adherence to course design, and sound learning principles with respect to content flow, and appropriate technical depth for the audience.
Outcome: three modules
Security in Windows Server 2019
Network Workloads
Managing and Maintaining Azure IaaS VM
For each module: student handbook, trainer handbook, Powerpoint presentation
Tools: Powerpoint, Excel
I was fully in charge of the instructional designer services, providing WVLLC and third-party clients written, illustrated, and activity-based content based on subject-matter expertise, research, documentation, and interviews with other subject matter experts.
I worked with reviewers, such as technical writers, inclusive specialists, and copy editors, as well as technical reviewers and stakeholder customers to finalize the highest-quality content for Waypoint Ventures' customers.
I developed content with adherence to common standards for learning content development, including knowledge transfer, skills transfer, attendance to the known range of human cognitive learning faculties/intelligences, and other evidence-based learning practices and theories.
Outcome: The development of content for four microlearning modules
Intro to Azure Arc enabled servers
Intro to Azure Arc enabled Kubernetes
Integrate Azure Arc and Azure Stack HCI
Intro to Azure Stack
Tools: Github, Visual Studio Code

I identified and established learning objectives, and lined up the JTA (Job Task Analysis) to the training. The SME's learning material was converted into a PPT following a template that I designed. I checked the adherence to that template and supported the SMEs in the use of the template.
Also, I provided the trainers with recommendations for active training/ learning (labs, scenarios, assessments) and participated in the development of a cheatsheet showcasing active learning methods.
During the project I worked closely with the Project managers, other IDs, and Microsoft stakeholders (SME, PG, CSS)
Outcome: Presentations, students guides, delivery guides, assessment questionnaires
Tools: MS Powerpoint, Excel
