As a classroom educator of 5 years, I found the concept of preparing for an opportunity outside of the classroom daunting. While I was ready for the next step and interested in a central office leadership role, I needed support to help me feel confident that my thoughts, experiences, and future plans were being explained in a professional and well thought out manner.
