About Me

I am a Physicist graduated from the University of Washington, PhD, under the supervision of Dr Margaret S. Cheung. 

My research focuses on understanding protein conformational dynamics, calcium-induced conformational changes in proteins and the mechanism of macromolecular protein complex assemblies using experimentally guided coarse-grained molecular simulations, physics-based approaches, integrative modeling, and science-informed machine learning techniques.
