Terms of Service for JukeSzn

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JukeSzn mobile application ("App") and desktop version provided by JukeSzn ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App or desktop version, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App or desktop version.

1. Use of the App and Desktop Version

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App or desktop version. By using the App or desktop version, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to use the App and desktop version only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Content

• By uploading music or other content to the App or desktop version, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the App and desktop version.

• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share any content you submit to the App or desktop version.

3. Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Uploading or sharing copyrighted material without authorization.

  • Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or desktop version.

  • Circumventing any security measures implemented by us.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content and materials available on the App and desktop version, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio clips, are the property of JukeSzn or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App and desktop version are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through the App or desktop version, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall JukeSzn, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or desktop version, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JukeSzn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or desktop version or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms within the App or desktop version. Your continued use of the App or desktop version after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
