Authors Guideline

Manuscript

Manuscripts must be written in English. Writing should be concise and correct. Both British and American spelling is acceptable if used consistently throughout the manuscript. Racist, sexist, or other derogatory language will not be tolerated. Each manuscript should not exceed 7,000 words inclusive of the abstract, tables, figures, and references.

Cover Page

Since manuscripts are reviewed anonymously, the author’s name and affiliation should be supplied only on a cover page. The cover page should contain the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), designation(s), institutional affiliation(s), e-mail address(s), and telephone number(s). The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*) after the name. The title of the manuscript should appear on the top of the cover page.

Cover Letter

Your manuscript should be accompanied by a cover letter stating that the manuscript has not been published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Abstract

The abstract should be brief, self-contained and explicit, and should not exceed 150 words. Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 6 keywords and then JEL Codes.

Technical Specification

▪ Font Type – Times New Roman, Size: 11, Line Spacing: Double.

▪ Margins – Left: 1.5 inches; right, top and bottom: 1.0 inch.

▪ Text Alignment– Justified.

▪ Pages should be consecutively numbered (bottom center).

▪ Large tables should be placed in Appendices at the end of the text. In addition, all figures should be in a printable format. The tables and figures should be placed in the relevant position in the text.

▪ Submitted manuscript must not exceed 20%similarity index.

References

References must be prepared according to the Publication Manual of the American

Psychological Association (7th edition).
