Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following:

Appointments & Entry

• All services are by appointment only

• A valid credit/debit card is required to book

• Upon arrival, dial #039 on the call box for entry

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations will incur a 50% service fee

• No-call / no-show after 10 minutes = automatic cancellation + fee

Late Policy

• 10-minute grace period

• After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or shortened

After Hours Appointments

• Appointments outside regular hours require a $30 service fee

Guests & Conduct

• No unnecessary guests or pets allowed

• Please maintain a respectful and professional environment

Age Policy

• Services are provided for clients ages 5 and up only
