# Juggloria Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
## 1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Juggloria (the “App”), its developer (the “Juggloria team,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the website presenting this policy handle information when you play the App, visit this website, or contact us.
For privacy questions, requests to delete information, or security concerns, contact **[come0chi@gmail.com](mailto:come0chi@gmail.com)**.
Juggloria is a single-player virtual reality game. Its gameplay and save system operate on your device. We do not operate a separate Juggloria player account service or a server that receives your gameplay records. The App uses the Meta XR Platform SDK to verify entitlement for the paid App and may process the Meta Platform Data described in Section 3. Some other information is processed locally to make the game work, and we receive information you choose to send us for support. These activities are explained below.
## 2. Information processed during gameplay
### VR movement and controller input
The App processes headset and controller positions and orientations, movement information used for interactions and throwing, button and control inputs, controller tracking availability, and headset-wearing status when the device makes it available.
This information enables the App to display the virtual environment, respond to your movements, handle objects, calculate throws and balance, provide haptic feedback, align the play experience, and pause or recover gameplay when tracking or headset presence changes.
These inputs are processed on your device during play. The App does not save a raw recording of your movement or send these inputs to us. It does save the calibration setting and gameplay results described below. Development versions may also produce the limited diagnostic measurements described in Section 4.
The App does not use movement information to identify you or build a biometric identity profile. It does not access microphone recordings, camera images, eye tracking, facial tracking, contacts, or precise geographic location. The headset's own tracking and safety systems operate separately from the App.
### Settings and calibration
The App saves your selected language; music, sound-effect, audience-audio, and vibration levels; preferred controller hand; turning preferences; seated or standing preference; and accessibility options such as contrast, reduced effects, subtitles, text size, and game speed.
It also saves a height-calibration offset used to position the game comfortably. This is a game alignment value, rather than a medical measurement or a record of your surroundings. The device's system language may be used to choose an initial language setting.
These settings are stored locally so your preferences remain available between sessions.
### Progress, scores, and recent attempts
The App stores career and rehearsal progress, completed stages, medals and difficulty progress, best scores, assisted-play records, and gameplay performance values such as the simulated audience score. Progress also determines unlocked content and cosmetic rewards. The simulated audience score describes game performance, not recordings or reactions of real people.
The App also stores daily challenge records and a history of your five most recent recorded attempts. An attempt may include its game mode, difficulty, practice or show type, training and assistance status, score, misses, highest combo, completion or early-exit status, and date and time in UTC.
These records let you continue your progress, see your results, and compare your own attempts. They are stored on your device and are not uploaded by the App to a developer-operated leaderboard, analytics service, or player database. Daily challenges use the device's date to select content locally.
## 3. Meta Platform Data, accounts, advertising, and online services
The App does not require a separate Juggloria account. Because Juggloria is a paid App, it initializes the Meta XR Platform SDK with the App's identifier and asks Meta whether the current device user is entitled to use the App. The App receives a successful or failed entitlement result and uses it to allow or deny access.
In connection with Meta Platform services, the App may receive or process the following Meta Platform Data:
- **Meta User ID (USER_ID):** a platform identifier associated with the current Meta user. It is used only to support Meta Platform initialization, associate the entitlement response with the current platform user, verify the user's right to access the paid App, prevent unauthorized access, and investigate entitlement-related support or security problems.
- **User Age or Age Category (USER_AGE):** age-related information or an age category supplied by Meta. It is used only to determine whether the user satisfies applicable age requirements, provide an age-appropriate experience where required, and comply with Meta platform and legal obligations. The App does not ask the user to type in a date of birth.
We do not use Meta User ID or age-related information for advertising, marketing, behavioral profiling, cross-app tracking, social features, or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The App does not request your Meta profile name, email address, friends list, or payment details through the Meta Platform SDK.
The App does not send Meta User ID or age-related information to a developer-operated player database. These values may be processed transiently by the App and Meta Platform services for the purposes described above, but the App does not persistently store them in its local gameplay save data. Meta processes information used to provide its platform services under Meta's own privacy terms.
The App does not include advertising, behavioral advertising trackers, third-party analytics collection, or automatic uploads to a developer-operated crash-reporting service. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Meta may require an account to use its device or store and may handle identity, age category, entitlement verification, purchases, downloads, platform diagnostics, and other platform activities. Those activities include processing by Meta as the platform provider and are distinct from the App's local gameplay records.
## 4. Diagnostics and information you send us
Development and testing versions can write gameplay-tuning measurements to local diagnostic logs. These can include throw speed, assistance angle, success or failure, balance pressure, falls, scores, and session summaries. The App does not automatically upload these logs to us. These additional tuning logs are disabled in non-development release builds.
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name included with your message, the message itself, and attachments or technical details you choose to provide. Examples include screenshots, error messages, app version, headset model, or a diagnostic log.
We use this information to answer your request, investigate reported problems, improve the issue you reported, handle privacy or security requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Providing attachments or diagnostic logs is optional. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, unnecessary information about other people, or unrelated sensitive information.
Our contact address uses Gmail, so Google processes the correspondence as part of providing email services. See the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
## 5. Platform services and backups
Juggloria uses Unity and OpenXR to run the game and interact with the headset. Unity Analytics, advertising, and cloud diagnostics reporting are disabled in the App's configuration.
Meta and the device operating system may process Meta User ID, age-related information, entitlement status, purchase information, device information, and other platform data under their own policies. We use Meta Platform Data only as described in Section 3. See the [Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy](https://www.meta.com/legal/privacy-policy/) for information about Meta's processing.
Although the App saves locally and has no developer-operated cloud-save service, Meta's system-level Cloud Backup may back up and restore eligible App data when enabled. This may include settings and progress, and can occur without an online feature in the App itself. We do not receive your backup contents through the App.
Uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete platform backups. To remove those copies, use Meta's Cloud Backup controls and delete Juggloria backups for each relevant device. A remaining backup may restore saved data when you reinstall. See [Meta's Cloud Backup guidance](https://developers.meta.com/horizon/documentation/unity/ps-cloud-backup/) for backup and deletion controls.
## 6. This website
This website does not include developer-added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Visiting it still requires your browser to send a request to its hosting and network infrastructure.
Hosting and network providers may process standard technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information, and error or security information, to deliver the website, maintain availability, and protect it against abuse. This website activity is separate from the App's local gameplay records.
Links to external websites are governed by those websites' privacy policies. Emailing the contact address involves your email provider as well as ours.
## 7. Disclosure of information
The App does not transmit your locally saved gameplay information to us for onward sharing. Meta Platform Data used for platform initialization, age compliance, and entitlement verification is processed through Meta Platform services. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers or data brokers, or disclose it for targeted advertising. Information you voluntarily send us may be processed through the email service described above to handle your request.
We may disclose information we hold if required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or where legally permitted and necessary to address a security incident or protect people's rights and safety. Any such disclosure is limited to information relevant to that purpose. We do not disclose support correspondence to advertisers or data brokers for marketing.
## 8. How long information is kept
Local preferences, calibration, progress, high scores, and daily records remain in the App's storage until they are overwritten or you remove the App's stored data. There is no automatic time-based expiry for these records.
The recent-attempt history keeps up to five entries. When a new entry exceeds that limit, the oldest entry is removed from the active history. Removing a history entry does not remove a corresponding career achievement or best score.
Raw VR input is used during play without being saved as a movement recording. Local diagnostic logs in development versions follow the device's or development environment's log retention behavior.
The App does not persistently store Meta User ID or USER_AGE information in its gameplay save data or on a developer-operated server. Any transient copy held in the App's working memory is discarded when it is no longer needed or when the App session ends. Meta may retain platform records under its own retention rules.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, follow up on the reported issue, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request its deletion at any time. Platform backups and hosting or email-provider records are subject to their respective retention and deletion processes.
## 9. How to delete your information
### Delete data stored on your device
Close Juggloria and use your headset's application storage controls to clear the App's data, where available, or uninstall the App to remove its local application data. The location and wording of these controls may vary with the operating system version.
This removes local preferences, calibration, scores, progress, and recent-attempt history. Clearing a cache alone may not remove saved data. If you have used multiple devices or device profiles, remove the data from each relevant installation. Also remove any platform backups as described in Section 5 if you want to prevent restoration of older saves.
We cannot remotely erase records that exist only on your device. Email us if you need help finding the appropriate deletion controls. The App does not have a separate online account to delete.
### Request deletion of information held by us
Email **[come0chi@gmail.com](mailto:come0chi@gmail.com)** with the subject **“Juggloria Data Deletion Request.”** Describe the information you want deleted, such as a previous support conversation or attachments. Where possible, send the request from the address used for that conversation so we can locate it.
We may ask for limited additional information if reasonably necessary to verify that the request concerns your information. Do not send your Meta password or payment details.
We will address your request without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. We will delete information under our control unless retention is legally required or a lawful exception applies. If an exception applies, we will explain it and limit retention accordingly. If we hold no information matching your request, including no stored Meta User ID or USER_AGE record, we will tell you.
Requests concerning Meta account information, purchases, or Meta-managed backups should also be directed to Meta through its privacy and account controls.
## 10. Your choices and privacy rights
You can change supported preferences within the App, remove local saves, manage platform backup settings, and choose whether to contact us or send diagnostic material.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a relevant data protection authority. To make a request, contact **come0chi@gmail.com**. We do not require you to create a Juggloria account to exercise these rights.
## 11. Children and younger users
Use of the App should follow its store age rating and the applicable device and platform age requirements. The App does not ask players to type in their name, date of birth, email address, or other account information to play. It may process an age or age-category value supplied by Meta as described in Section 3. This information is used only for age eligibility, age-appropriate operation, and compliance purposes, and never for advertising or profiling. Local gameplay processing described in this policy applies to all players.
A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information through a support request can contact **come0chi@gmail.com** to request review and deletion. We do not use children's support information for advertising or profiling.
## 12. Security and policy updates
The App uses the device's application storage for saved information and avoids transferring gameplay records to a developer-operated server. Protection of local data also depends on the security of your device and user profile. No device, storage system, or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App, our support practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will be available on this page with its updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent before introducing a new use of information that requires it.
For questions about this policy, deletion requests, or security reports, contact **[come0chi@gmail.com](mailto:come0chi@gmail.com)**.
