Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior
I am an Assistant Professor at ESSEC Business School.
My research examines the ways people navigate and build relationships in organizations. People spend much of their lives interacting with people at work: colleagues, bosses, and subordinates, and these relationships critically shape people's workplace experiences.
In particular, I study how individual differences, such as gender and narcissism influence how people approach their relationships. I draw on socio-psychological theory to offer insight into how these relational processes impact interpersonal and organizational outcomes, such as trust, help-seeking, ethics, and performance feedback.
I received my PhD in Organizational Behaviour from London Business School.
