Conditions resulting from improper use, wear, or neglect

Pre-existing damages
Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by unstable furniture or fixtures
Allergic reactions to cleaning products if not previously disclosed
Loss of items not properly secured
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

There is presence of hazardous materials
There is harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior
