As a researcher, I am committed to promoting integrity and transparency in corporate sustainability. My research focuses on greenwashing - the misleading portrayal of environmental and social responsibility — as it threatens trust, distorts ESG frameworks, and ultimately undermines meaningful progress. I develop tools and methodologies that aim to detect and prevent such practices, thereby supporting credible, data-driven ESG reporting.
As Head of Department, I see sustainability as both a research challenge and a shared responsibility. I am committed to shaping a culture of accountability within academia and beyond that empowers individuals and institutions to make informed and ethical decisions. Through my work, I aim to contribute to a more transparent, equitable and genuinely sustainable economy.
