Juárez Lab

Semiconductor Nanoparticles

Welcome to the Juarez Lab website. The Lab is part of the 2D Foundry, a research group of the Materials Science Institute of Madrid (which is part of the Spanish Research Council).

The group has experience in colloidal synthesis and characterization of semiconductor nanoparticles and hybrid structures at the nanoscale with various functionalities, from optics to nanomedicine.

Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2023: We celebrate the award to Moungi G. Bawendi, Louis E. Brus and Alexei I. Ekimov. Congrats!
