We all know that during this time that it can be hard to find the motivation to keep working on conditioning and moving toward your goals. The Juanita Cheer staff has put together a couple at home conditioning workouts for our athletes. Please remember, this is an individual activity (no friends), it is just optional, these activities are off-site (not at Juanita High School), and to always have fun! Make sure you are stretching and working on your flexibility as well. Those jumps are important!
