I’m Juan, an illustrator, writer, game designer, and 3D artist passionate about storytelling in all its forms. As the founder of Ashlish Aalin, I bring myths, folklore, and fantasy to life through books, video games, and artwork.

My latest project, An Illustrated Guide to the Folklore of the Isle of Man, is a deeply researched (by Caitlyn Fairbairn) and beautifully illustrated book exploring the island’s rich legends and Celtic heritage. Alongside publishing, I’m developing an indie video game that expands on my passion for immersive world-building and creature design.

In addition to traditional and digital illustration, I specialize in 3D modeling and 3D art, bringing characters and environments to life with depth and detail. I also have experience in portrait photography, having previously run a small photography business.
