Bio:

My research as a Ph.D. student in Finance focuses on the asset pricing implications of principal-agent conflicts. Currently, I am on a visiting period at Boston College (March-December 2023). Prior to becoming a Ph.D. student, I grew up in Honduras, took a BBA degree in Middle Tennessee State University (summa cum laude), worked in the Honduran finance industry (IT project management, as well as financial supervision and regulation), and then took an M.Sc. in Finance degree in BI Norwegian Business School (best student award).

Research Areas:

Asset pricing theory, agency conflicts, shareholder activism, innovation.
