Submission Rules

Journal of Technical and Social Sciences (JTSS) is a multi-disciplinary journal covering from Technical, Engineering, Language, Education, Islamic Education, Islamic Civilization, Economy, and Philosophy. This journal is published in soft-copy EISSN twice yearly in June and December. All articles should comply with the following guidelines:

1. Original manuscripts that have never been published before, and are not in any reviewing process by any publisher.

2. The number of words is between 8000 to 11000 including 300 words (maximum) for the abstract.

3. Number of pages is between 10 to 15 pages, including references, single-spaced, using the font    

        Cambria size 11  A4 paper.

4. The manuscript must be written either in Bahasa Melayu or English.

5. Manuscripts with illustrations (diagrams/tables/graphs/charts) that are associated with the color manuscripts must be retained and attached in the JPEG file.

6. Academic writing with Endnote reference consisting of the author’s details, year, full title, place 

        of publication and publisher’s name.

7. The manuscript will go through plagiarism filters that must surpass similarity (similarity   

        maximum 30%) with no sensitive elements.

8. All contributors must display their full name, position, institution, and email address.

9. Arabic transliteration can be used if necessary.

10. Manuscripts are accepted when they comply with manuscript assessor feedback.

11. Authors must agree to publish in the Journal of Technical and Social Sciences.

12. The outside `margin 'is 1 inch, except for the left margin is 1½ inches.

13. The title must contain the topic, the author’s name, and the name of the institution.

14. Pages are numbered in the bottom right corner.

15. All manuscripts must contain an abstract, text (introduction, methodology, results, discussion of

        the findings and implications) and reference (no footnotes).

16. The decision to publish or not will be based on the editorial board, and referees' evaluation and has 

        passed plagiarism screening.

17. The publication fee for an article is MYR150.00
