PID Tune app can be used to calculate required tuning parameter values for a PID-controller. 

Use open loop test and input the process values. Select controller type and controller sensitivity. The app calculates loop tuning parameters gain Kc, derivative time Td and integration time Ti. Graph show a simulation of the loop operation. Calculations can be saved locally.
