Differences Between Level 1 and 2 Machines and ITEE Test Operators

What are the differences between Level 1 and Level 2 Machines and Test Operators you might ask?

In Simple terms a Level 1 Machine and Test operator has basic knowledge and training in  In service-Inspection and Testing Of Electrical Testing and uses a Machine that only shows a simple Pass or Fail.  Such as the First Stop Safety BATTPAT range of testers which are also known as PAC Checkers  (Portable Appliance Checkers)

A Level 2 Test Operator  is more trained and uses a more advanced Level Machine  Such as the Megger PAT250 , First Stop Safety PAT-IT & Memory PAT/PATblu that  Displays Earth Leakage, Earth Continuity etc. with numerical ratings.
