大会参加者は，各自で宿泊の確保をお願いいたします．なお，9月は観光シーズンであることとインバウンド等の影響で，ホテル不足・宿泊料の高額化が懸念されます．早めの予約をお勧めします．

*Please use public transportation when traveling to the venue, as no parking spaces are provided.

Access:

At the JR Matsumoto Station Oshiro Exit (East Exit) bus terminal, take the Shindai Yokota Circular Line or the Asama Line. The ride takes about 15 minutes. Please get off at Shinshu Daigaku-mae (Shinshu University) or Daigaku Nishimon (University West Gate).

Accommodation:

Participants are kindly requested to arrange their own accommodations. Please note that due to the peak tourist season in September and high demand from international travelers, we expect a shortage of hotel rooms and higher room rates. We strongly recommend booking your stay as early as possible.
