I work with each individual or business to create a comprehensive and unique design for each event.
I can work with your budget and find something that works for your specific look, theme, and available space.
Small to Medium-Scale Events
The event cost includes all design and lighting items purchased for the event, as well as the design fee.
The design fee is in addition to the cost of the design items & supplies. The design fee includes the design setup, as well as other base costs. Display items, rental costs, & product prices are subject to change.
The design fee could be higher depending on the complexity of the event's design and the size of the available event area/space.
Other factors may also play a role in the amount of the design fee, as well as the overall total cost of the event design.
Large-Scale Events
Large-scale events will require rental costs from outside event staging and production equipment providers if large-scale event lighting and other rentals are required or requested for your event or event location.
Large-scale events will require advanced, high-level planning meetings, which are recommended a minimum 6 months prior to the event)
Other event services can be arranged for your large-scale event if requested.
Use of stock display props, scenery, lighting fixtures, and other special effects will have individual rental costs, per day/event.
