J Seven Service (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the mobile application J Seven Service (package name: com.jseven.jseven_service) (the “App”).

Depending on how your organization uses the App, we may collect:
Login identifiers (such as worker ID, username, email, or phone number)
Work-related data you view or submit (e.g., work orders, statuses, comments, notes)
If you use photo upload features, we may collect:
Photos you capture using the camera
Images you select from your phone storage/gallery
Important: When you upload a photo, it is transmitted to and stored on our server for work-related purposes (example: work order attachments/proof).
To operate correctly, the App may process limited technical information such as:
Device and OS version
App version
Network status (online/offline)
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.
We use the collected data to:
Authenticate users and manage sessions
Provide app functionality (work order processing, attachments, updates)
Upload and display images attached to work records
Maintain security and prevent unauthorized use
Fix issues and ensure stable app performance
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We only share information:
With your organization/employer as part of normal work operations
With hosting/infrastructure providers only to store and deliver the service (no marketing use)
When required by law or to protect rights, security, and safety
When you upload an image:
It is sent securely to our server
It is linked to the relevant work record (example: work order)
It is retained according to operational needs and organizational requirements
We take reasonable security measures to protect your information, including secure transmission and controlled server access.
However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep data only as long as needed for:
Operational and work requirements
Legal or contractual obligations
Resolving disputes and enforcing policies
If your organization has a retention policy, it may control how long records are kept.
The App may request:
Internet / Network State: to connect to backend services and detect connectivity
Camera (optional): to capture photos for upload
Photos/Media (optional): to select images for upload
You can deny optional permissions, but some features (photo upload) may not work.
You can revoke permissions anytime in device settings.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us (see Contact).
If you use the App through an employer, requests may need to be approved/handled by your organization.
This App is intended for work use and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
