Welcome to the
12th Annual
JSerra College Fair!

Students and parents of all grade levels are encouraged to participate in the fair. The event will run from 6:00-7:30 pm in-person, outside on our St. Pierre Baseball field. We have over 180 colleges from around the world participating!

Here you will find all of the information you need for the event including a map with parking instructions, a list of colleges to meet with based on students' interests, a description of each college, and one-on-one appointment calendars for the college admission representatives attending. Each student and parent will also need to register with StriveScan before attending.

Attendee Registration

This year, we are using Strivescan to help streamline the process of connecting students to colleges. Both students and parents will need to set up their accounts at Strivefair.com before the event. They will then send you a bar code that college reps will scan during the fair so that you don’t waste time filling out inquiry cards while there. The day after the fair, you will receive a customized list of all of the colleges you spoke to which includes the contact information for the representative from that school.

Parking & Map of event
All students and parents should park on the North side of campus where the academic buildings are located. We need to reserve the South/Athletic side for the College Admissions reps (since they have to carry their materials).
Parking can be difficult so we highly suggest attendees carpool or Uber to the event. We will have a van/golf cart shuttling people from the north side if needed.

Colleges Based on Students' Interests
If you aren't sure which colleges you should be meeting with, check out our Colleges Based on Students' Interests doc. You can look up colleges by different criteria including size, location, if they're a Catholic College, what majors they have, and any unique programs/majors they have that aren't offered at many other schools.
