Strength and Conditioning Specialist
About Me
With a solid foundation in exercise science and extensive experience in strength and conditioning, I have built a diverse career in athletic coaching and fitness management. Currently, I serve as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Assistant Wrestling Coach at Spire Academy in Geneva, Ohio. In this role, I am responsible for programming and coaching athletes in wrestling, lacrosse, and soccer and collaborating on athlete nutrition and rehabilitation.
I gained valuable experience at Mercyhurst University and Tiffin University, working with multiple sports teams to enhance athletic performance and ensure safety. I was involved in programming and coaching strength and conditioning for various teams at these institutions, maintaining athlete safety during workouts and testing, and coordinating weight room schedules.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) with additional certifications in SafeSport and USAW Sports Performance Level 1, and memberships in NHSSCA, NSCA, and USA Weightlifting, I am a versatile and dedicated professional in athletic performance. In addition to my coaching roles, I offer services such as strength and conditioning consultation, online personal training, beginner running plans, and full training plans that include running, lifting, and mobility.
