Data Collection
The App collects data in two ways:
Automatic / Non-Personal Technical Data (no user input required):
Device type, OS version, app version.
Anonymized usage metrics, crash/diagnostic logs (via Apple's tools).
How collected: Automatically by the App and iOS for basic functionality, performance, and debugging.
Voluntarily Submitted / User-Provided Data (only when using AI or trading features):
AI prompts, trading notes, queries, analysis requests, or insights inputs.
Trading-related content like chart symbols, market queries, or data requests.
Any other text/content you enter/upload for AI processing or chatbot features.
How collected: Directly from you when you submit via Grok chatbot, AI insights, or integrated features.
We do not automatically collect personal identifiers (e.g., name, email, phone, precise location, financial credentials, contacts) unless voluntarily provided (not typical in core use).
Purpose & Uses of Data
All data is used solely to:
Deliver AI-powered trading insights, analysis, and responses (via Grok API from xAI, and OpenAI for certain Grok chatbot or secondary features).
Provide/display charts, market data, and trading tools (via TradingView).
Maintain, debug, and improve app performance, reliability, and features.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize user data. We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Data Sharing with Third Parties
To enable AI and trading features, the App sends data in real time to third-party providers. We do not permanently store submitted content on our servers—processing is transient.
What data is sent:
For Grok API / OpenAI: Only the specific prompts, notes, queries, trading-related inputs, or content you submit for AI analysis/responses/chatbot use.
For TradingView: Only chart/symbol requests, market queries, or related inputs you initiate.
Who the data is sent to:
Grok API (xAI – primary for AI-powered trading insights/analysis/responses): Processed transiently to generate outputs. Limited short-term retention only for abuse/safety monitoring and compliance. See: xAI Privacy Policy | xAI Terms of Service

We select providers whose terms/policies provide appropriate security, confidentiality, and data protection standards (same or equal to those described here), including measures against unauthorized access/misuse.
User Permission & Consent
We obtain your explicit permission before sending data:
In-app warnings clearly inform you that content will be sent to Grok API (xAI), OpenAI, and/or TradingView when using relevant features.
Consent is granted by your active submission of content/prompts or continued use of those features (e.g., sending a trading query or using the Grok chatbot).
Withdraw consent anytime by stopping feature use or deleting content in the App.
Important: Do not submit sensitive personal/financial information (e.g., account credentials, full financial details) to any AI or trading feature.
Data Retention & Deletion
We do not retain submitted content post-processing.
Provider retention is limited/short-term per their policies (linked above).
Delete notes/history/content directly in the App—removed from access and no longer processed.
User Rights
Withdraw consent: Stop using AI/trading features or delete content.
Access/correction/deletion requests: Email helpapps56@gmail.com. We respond promptly per applicable laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
Data Security
We apply reasonable technical/administrative measures to protect data. No system is fully secure.
Children’s Privacy
The App is rated appropriately (e.g., 4+) and not directed at children under 13 (or applicable age). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Integration with these APIs is strictly for app functionality and does not imply a formal relationship or endorsement.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Changes take effect upon posting here or in the App. Continued use means acceptance. Check regularly.
