Account Deletion Request – Jsao App

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the Jsao app, please send an email from your registered email address to:

itsupport@kristal.az

In your email, include:

- Your full name

- Your registered phone number or email address

- The subject: "Account Deletion Request – Jsao App"

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted:

- Account information

- Contact details

- Payment history

Data that may be retained for legal or accounting purposes:

- Transaction records required by law (up to 5 years)
