JRsGuide provides digital audio content exclusively for sightseeing locations within the Republic of Armenia. The content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
One-Time Purchase: Access to the full library of Armenian sightseeing audio is granted via a single, one-time in-app purchase.
Third-Party Processing: All transactions are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). By purchasing, you agree to their respective terms.
Taxes: The purchase price includes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other mandatory taxes based on your country of residency or store account location, where legally required.
Offline Access: Audio guides are available for offline listening only after a successful purchase has been confirmed and the data has been downloaded to your device.
Upon purchase, JRsGuide grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream or download audio content for personal use. You are strictly prohibited from:
Recording, copying, or redistributing the audio files.
Using the audio for public broadcasts or commercial purposes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your hardware (smartphone/tablet) is compatible with the App. JRsGuide is not responsible for mobile data charges, roaming fees, or internet connectivity issues encountered while using the App or downloading content.
JRsGuide reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or update audio tracks and App features at any time without prior notice. This ensures we can provide the most accurate and high-quality information as sightseeing conditions in Armenia change.
No Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRsGuide and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Travel Risks: You assume all risks associated with travel. JRsGuide is not legally responsible for costs or injuries resulting from:
Getting lost or following suggestions in the audio guide.
Vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or road conditions encountered while traveling to sites.
Changes in site accessibility, weather, or local safety hazards.
User Conduct: Users must remain alert to their surroundings and comply with all Armenian laws and cultural norms (e.g., respectful behavior at monasteries).
Because JRsGuide provides immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. Refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party payment processor (Apple/Google) and are not guaranteed by JRsGuide.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Armenia.
