My why:

My experience in teaching has given me several opportunities to be a teacher leader. This had led me to find my passion for creating a safe, supportive, innovative, and global learning environment for students.  Through several leadership experiences and doctoral course work I am now ready to move from teacher leader to administrative leader and align my vision with that of community and school district.
