This project came to us after the client had a difficult experience with their previous contractor.
There was a lack of communication, no respect for the client’s ideas, and no collaborative design process where both parties could agree on a final vision.
The original proposal was structured entirely in black, without any color integration or visual contrast, while the upper section was planned in a flat gray tone — resulting in a concept that lacked depth, personality, and aesthetic balance.
Our first step was to listen, understand the client’s vision, and structurally evaluate the space in order to redesign it from a solid foundation.
his was the final result delivered by JR LOYAL CONSTRUCTION and our dedicated team.
We developed a custom design focused on the combination of two colors — exactly as the client requested — creating elegant contrasts through borders, clean cuts, and architectural details that add depth and character to the space.
The new finish not only elevated the overall aesthetic but also enhanced the visual value of the property and the structural quality of the project.
Most importantly, we achieved what we strive for in every job: a satisfied client who feels proud of their investment.
At JR LOYAL CONSTRUCTION, we always respect our clients’ budgets and do our best to adjust each project to their financial possibilities.
In this case, the work was completed focusing strictly on the structural and hardscape portion of the project, without incorporating decorative elements such as plants or soft landscaping features.
The landscaping phase — including plant integration and additional exterior enhancements — is scheduled for the following season (2026), allowing the client to invest in stages while still achieving a high-quality transformation.
This flexible approach ensures that every client can move forward with their project — even without committing to a full package from the start.
