Dashlabs.ai offers a single, end-to-end platform for automating and optimizing healthcare and medical diagnostic lab operations, including integration with any lab machine.

Duration of Work: April 2024 - July 2024 (3 Months)

Mainly responsible for onboarding laboratories into the Dashlabs Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) using HTML, CSS, and Nunjucks for Document/Certificate Generation.

Client Success Platform

1. Dashlabs.app: Provides complete and accurate POS entries for partner clinics, ensuring timely and error-free generation of laboratory results while maintaining and managing app features for smooth operations.

2. Metabase: Generates ticket reports with relevant analytics and SQL queries, offering insights and data analysis for decision-making, along with maintenance and optimization for efficient reporting.

3. Support (Email and Messenger): Offers prompt and efficient support to client and patient queries through email and messenger platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and positive customer experiences.

Support Engineering Platform

1. Provides detailed bug reports and troubleshooting guides for Dashlabs.app issues and maintains organized and updated documentation for support engineers and users.

2. Customizes Cloudflare settings for optimal performance and security, designs UI/UX improvements using Figma, and engages with the community on Discord for feedback and platform improvements.

3. Utilizes tools like ShareX and Photoshop for screen recordings, annotated screenshots, and visuals for technical solutions and support articles, while developing code snippets and extensions in Visual Studio Code for support-related issues.

Hidalgo NFT

Hidalgo NFT is both a company and a community of Filipino NFT enthusiasts whose mission is to cultivate and promote Philippine culture. In a similar manner, Hidalgo NFT aims to empower the perspective of art in NFT and further increase awareness of this emerging crypto industry.

I worked as their back-end developer for both the website and Firebase database in a web3 environment. NFTs or Non-Fungible Tokens are the main product of the company as it continues to expand beyond the metaverse.

I created the company's blockchain technology and integrated it into its product as NFTs.  Using Firebase by Google, I integrated blockchain, website, and firebase to form a cohesive system that stores essential data for the company to use in future features. Using REACT.JS, SCSS, Ethers.JS, and Solidity to integrate Smart contracts into the website for customers to buy NFTs easily.

I worked as part of the Work Immersion program at Mapua University. Experienced in developing projects from scratch and improving on previous applications in a leadership role. I managed a team of 5 for various tasks such as application development planning, creating reports for the week, and assisting them throughout the development cycle.

CarmFoods Enterprise, Inc.

CARM FOODS now owns and operates on 9,922 sq. m of land with a processing plant. Carm foods cater not just to residents of local towns and cities in Metro Manila, but also to worldwide markets such as the United States and ASEAN nations. The daily production capacity varies from 300kg to 600kg. Carm Foods is a legal manufacturer of smoked and dried fish, with an FDA License to Operate # RD11-RIV-F-2408. Carm Foods is considered a small-scale enterprise, with a staff of 15 permanent employees and an additional 40 on-call workers, both male and female. It had two reefer vans, service vehicles, light vehicles, cold storage, and a blast freezer.

I built the website using three web development fundamentals: javascript, CSS, and HTML. Hosting technology was used to create a corporate email, secure the website with SSL, and collect considerable customer satisfaction data.
