After a first meeting in which terms of collaboration, workforce requirements and skills required for each employee are established, there follow a series of required steps that have to be completed:
Candidate Selection and Interview: A first candidate selection is made by our local offices in India and Sri Lana, a selection based on identifying the best CVs and an interview with each potential candidate. The Asian office draws up a short list of candidates, who shall pass a second video interview (Skype) with the employers’ representatives. This process is required for knowing and validating the candidates. Work interviews and tests may be organized at the our local office team in Asia.
Obtaining the employment permit from the Immigration Office: After completing the interviews, the employment contracts for the future employees are drafted and signed , contracts in which all the terms of employment shall be stipulated. Subsequently, a file is drawn up, which must be submitted to the Immigration Office in order to obtain work permits. Our company could carry out all the required steps to obtain the work permits from the Immigration Office or we could only provide consultancy for drawing up the file.

What is the applicable law in relation to Asian workers?
In relation to Asian workers, Romanian law applies both in terms of salary level, working time and rest periods, employment conditions for pregnant women and in terms of ensuring health and safety at work, defense measures against fire.
