The National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants was created in 1983 under the auspices of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants to serve as a link between the accountancy students and their professional counterparts.
Aspires to be an integral part of nation building by reinventing the Filipino youth. This institution provides an avenue for academic excellence and social growth for the accountancy students with the aim to be a human resource development center of future leaders and professionals – appreciating and refining raw talent and potential – thus supplying quality workforce worthy of global recognition.
The JPIA-RMMC Chapter envisions in preparing its members to be competitive in business world by providing quality activities that promotes moral, social and intellectual growth as well as academic advancement.
Through active participation and support, JPIA-rmmc is dedicated towards carrying out its goals and responsibilities to discover and enhance JPIAns’ abilitites, knowledge and skills.

JPIA RMMC Moderator
The Local Chapter Moderator acts as an adviser and guide for JPIA RMMC, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and organizational goals. They provide mentorship to officers, oversee the planning and execution of activities, and offer insights to enhance decision-making processes. The moderator fosters a supportive environment for leadership development while upholding the organization's values and mission within the school community.

JPIA President
The Local Chapter President serves as the chief leader and representative of JPIA RMMC. They oversee the organization’s operations, coordinate with officers, and ensure the effective implementation of goals and objectives in line with its Constitution and By-Laws. Responsible for supervising activities, presiding over meetings, delegating tasks, authorizing expenditures, and preparing an annual performance report, the President fosters communication and collaboration to advance the organization’s mission within the school.
XANDER ESTOLANO
Regional Representative
The Regional Representative serves as the official liaison between JPIA RMMC and regional organizations. They represent the chapter at regional meetings, events, and outreach activities, ensuring active participation and collaboration. Additionally, they disseminate important regional updates, opportunities, and initiatives to members while assisting in the President's duties during their absence. The role also includes performing other responsibilities vital to fostering the chapter's regional engagement and presence.
BLESSA KASANDRA CAÑETE
Secretary General
The Secretary General ensures the efficient documentation and organization of JPIA RMMC's operations. They maintain accurate minutes of executive board meetings, manage and disseminate official notices, and safeguard all records, documents, and papers. Acting as the custodian of the organization's archives, the Secretary General also certifies records as authorized by the President and performs additional duties essential to the position.

Vice President of Academics
The Vice President of Academics leads the planning, supervision, and execution of academic projects and initiatives within JPIA RMMC. They represent the chapter in academic-related activities at regional events and collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to promote academic excellence. This role ensures the alignment of activities with the organization's goals, fostering an environment that supports learning and professional growth.
BIANCA MARIE LORENTE
Vice President of Non-Academics (Socio-cultural)
The Vice President of Non-Academics (Socio-Cultural) oversees the planning and execution of cultural, spiritual, and sports activities within JPIA RMMC. They coordinate with external institutions and organizations to enhance non-academic programs and act as the Officer-in-Charge for all culture and sports-related initiatives. This role promotes holistic development by integrating complementary curricular and extracurricular activities, alongside performing other duties inherent to the position.

Vice President of Non-Academics (Sports)
The Vice President of Non-Academics (Sports) leads and manages the organization’s sports-related activities and events, fostering camaraderie and physical development among members. They oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of sports programs and represent the chapter in sports engagements within and beyond the school. Additionally, they collaborate with other organizations or agencies to enhance sports initiatives and perform other duties inherent to the position.

Vice President of Graphics and Publications
The Vice President of Graphics and Publications manages the documentation and creative presentation of JPIA RMMC's activities. They maintain accurate records, monitor and update the organization’s social media platforms, and prepare comprehensive documentation reports at the end of each academic semester. This role ensures effective communication and visual representation of the organization's initiatives, alongside performing other responsibilities inherent to the position.

Vice President of Finance
The Vice President of Finance oversees the financial management of JPIA RMMC, ensuring the proper handling and safeguarding of funds and properties. They authorize financial transactions with the President, maintain records of cash receipts and disbursements, and prepare semi-annual financial statements within 15 days after each semester. This role ensures financial accountability and supports the organization's operations while performing other duties inherent to the position.
JOSH OWEN PACALANG
Vice President of Audit
The Vice President of Audit ensures the financial integrity of JPIA RMMC by monitoring receipts and disbursements monthly and auditing the financial statements prepared by the Vice President of Finance semi-annually within 10 days of the report. They provide reasonable assurance on the fairness of the financial statements and issue an auditor’s report, noting any discrepancies or limitations. This role upholds financial accountability and performs additional duties inherent to the position.

Vice President of Membership
The Vice President of Membership is responsible for maintaining an up-to-date list of all accredited members and their contact information. They lead efforts to recruit new members, ensuring recognition by the school administration, and monitor the attendance, performance, and participation of members in meetings and events. This role promotes active engagement and fosters a strong, committed membership base while performing other duties inherent to the position.

Vice President of Communications
The Vice President of Communications develops and implements a strategic communication plan to promote the organization's events, achievements, and initiatives. They ensure the timely dissemination of relevant information and oversee the documentation and videos committee, managing the collection and organization of visual materials related to the organization’s activities. This role ensures effective communication within and outside the organization while performing other duties inherent to the position.

The 4th Year Representative advocates for the perspectives of fourth-year students and ensures their voices are included in organizational discussions. They disseminate information on events and graduation-related activities while documenting the contributions and experiences of fourth-year students for future recognition.

The 1st Year Representative serves as the liaison between first-year students and the organization, relaying their concerns and suggestions. They disseminate information about events, initiatives, and opportunities, while also documenting events involving first-year students to ensure their experiences are captured in the organization’s records.
