This site will explain the Android application 'JPEG Cropper'. The App is now available on Google Play.

JPEG Cropper is an application for Android which can execute simple image processing. Its feature is that image quality does not loss with image processing.

Does general apps degrade image quality in processing?

Crop a portion of the image in GooglePhoto. Here is the original image.

Here is a cropped image of the upper left corner of the original image. At first glance, the difference is not apparent.

Now let's display the differences. The areas with differences are purple. There are many differences in the untouched areas. To detect the difference, WinMerge is used.

How about with JPEG Cropper?

Next, try the same cropping operation with JPEG Cropper. Again, no difference can be seen.

Now let's display the differences. There is no purple in the untouched area.

Thus, JPEG Cropper's image processing does not degrade the image.
