You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data and for all activities that occur within the App on your device.
## 5. Intellectual Property
### 5.1 App Ownership
The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes.
### 5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all audio recordings, transcripts, and notes created through the App. By using the App, you grant us permission to process your content solely to provide the services described.
## 6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services for transcription (AssemblyAI) and AI analysis (OpenAI). Your use of these features is subject to their respective terms of service:

## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy of transcriptions
- Completeness of AI-generated insights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Transcriptions and AI insights are generated automatically and may contain errors. Always verify important information manually.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Errors or omissions in transcriptions or AI analysis
- Any actions taken based on information provided by the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.
## 9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your violation of any applicable laws regarding recording consent
