As a hobby Joe started balloon twisting (previously a graphic designer) for his daughter in 2010 when she was 3. After seeing her joy of balloons and discovering his hidden talent, he quickly started Joe's Party Animals in 2011. Joe has been working full time making great balloons ever since!

​He  soon added other great creative services like, glitter tattoos,  spin art, Goodie cups. He has worked everything from small parties of 5 kids to festivals of thousands. Joe's Party Animals is licensed in the city of Los Angeles and surrounding cities and is insured as an entertainer.
