Your wedding is a special event that should reflect your love and feelings for each other, and your own unique style,  I offer you the flexibility of planning your wedding the way you wish.

Couples who want to personalize their wedding ceremony to focus on the love that unites them, may choose to write their own vows to convey their feelings for each other or may combine the traditional exchange of vows and rings with modern dedications of love and commitment. Whatever you choose depends upon what suits your personalities in expressing your love and promises to one another.

Whether it be a simple personal wedding ceremony with just witnesses, a rose ceremony or unity candle ceremony, an elegant wedding or renewal of wedding vows, you can be assured that your day will be one you will remember. My goal is to support you and guide you through your wedding day so that it is enjoyable, memorable, and everything that you hoped it would be.

For those blending families through marriage, special attention can be given to involving both kin and any children. I believe it is very important if children are coming into the marriage that they be recognized or participate in some part of the wedding ceremony itself.

Every ceremony is customized to each couple for a truly personal wedding and each couple receives a personalized printed booklet of their ceremony. It is my suggestion that they read their ceremony every anniversary, at the very least, to help remember the love they are celebrating and the path that led them to each other.

The choice of location is yours within the Province of Nova Scotia. You are free to choose any location to hold your wedding ceremony. The possibilities are endless, limited only by your imagination.  Whether it be on a ship, resort, golf club or hotel, outdoors, at the beach or a public park, or an at home wedding or under the wide-open starry skies.

Eloping is great for couples that value experience over a big wedding or would rather put their money toward something that is more important. Most couples that choose to elope crave a day that reflects their relationship. They are couples that value a true experience they can remember forever.

So, if you are planning an out of country wedding and want to take care of the legal paperwork in advance, if you need a marriage certificate for legal reasons, or if you just want to be legally married in a brief ceremony in front of two witnesses ( and yes, we can provide the witnesses and location) then get in touch and we'll provide all the details.
