Step 2: Pack & Ship
Securely wrap your phone in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box. Include a note with your Name, Repair ID,Address and Phone Number.
#Inside Dhaka: Drop it at any of our JP Points or use a delivery app (Pathao/Uber Delivery).
#Outside Dhaka: Send via SA Paribahan or Sundarban Courier to our Central Hub.
Step 3: Professional Repair
Once your phone arrives, our expert technicians perform a full diagnostic. We will call you to confirm the final repair and start the work. Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours.
Status Update: We will text you the moment your phone is fixed!
Step 4: Secure Return
After the repair, we send you a video of your working device. You can pay via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer. We then courier the phone back to your doorstep, anywhere in the country.
